The Affenpinscher little bouncy step, and shiny black coat walked away as America's top dog Tuesday night, winning Best in Show at the Westminster Kennel Club.

We called the monkey dog, it looks like a quasi Banana Joe did the last two years at Madison Square Garden.

The 5-year wagged his tail a mile a minute, and after he got his pink tongue poking 86th Best in Show title overall.

This was the time to win is coming a day before it was to fly back to the Netherlands hosted. This trip is now postponed as a victory lap.

"He won a lot of big show, but not like this," said handler Ernesto Lara.

A class clown, Banana Joe is quite clear.

"He speaks German, Dutch, Spanish and English," co-owner and breeder offered Mieke Cooijmans.

An old English sheepdog is only 20 months old was elected to the runner-up on the green carpet at the Garden. Swagger drew the biggest cheers of the shepherd, but the judge Michael Dougherty picked Banana Joe.

"He showed impeccable manner," Dougherty praised. "He was ... the moment he came in perfect condition, perfect body."

Even in the best-of-seven final ring was a German Wirehaired Pointer ranked as the nation's premier dog show, American Foxhound, the Portuguese water dog, a Bichon Friz and smooth fox terrier.
